I have worked for nearly 20 years as a professor in Tax and Commercial Law in the Hanken School of Economics in Helsinki Finland in the department of Commercial Law. My consulting company Sisufinanssi Ky provides tax management services for small and medium size companies and their owners for the entire life cycle of the company.
